to sponsor the Alkulana Golf Tournament
to be held on Friday, October 1, 2010
at the Sycamore Creek Golf Course.
You are invited to register
and pay (with a credit card) as a player
or sponsor on-line. Listed below are the
various options for participation in the
golf tournament. Read over the player
fees and sponsor options – we were not
able to include a full description of
all the options on the on-line form.
Deadline
for All Registrations is September 24,
2010
GOLFERS
Please give name, address,
phone and email address for individual
golfers or contact individual for a foursome.
For Foursomes, list the name of all the
members of the foursome. Also include
the name of the church or company you
or your group is representing in the comment
box.

Hole Sponsor:
$100 per hole
Benefits include:
- Your company or organization will
receive your logo or other artwork
placed at a hole on the golf course.
- Hole sponsors will be listed in
the program on the day of the Golf
Tournament when sponsorships are received
by September 15.
Bright Eyes Sponsor:
$500
Benefits include:
- Your logo will appear on publication
information (when sponsorship is pledged
by August 1).
- Your logo will appear on a banner
at tournament registration.
- Your company or organization will
receive two complimentary hole sponsorships.
REGISTRATION
AND PAYMENT
The only method of payment
accepted on-line is by credit card (Amex,
Discover, MasterCard and Visa). If you
do not want to register on-line and pay
by check, call the RBA Office for a registration
form to return with you payment. Send
your completed form, with checks made
payable to the RBA (with Alkulana Golf
Tournament fees clearly marked on the
memo line), to:
